  • Our salon is conveniently located in near the square at Chandlers Ford Southampton. For detailed directions, check out our contact page or find us on Google Maps!

  • We don’t have dedicated parking spaces, but clients typically park at the nearby Waitrose or the Costa Coffee shop.

  • Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours, a fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be charged. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a full charge for the service

  • Yes, we offer consultations before appointments to ensure you receive the best treatment tailored to your needs. Whether you’re unsure about which service is right for you or have specific concerns, our beauty experts are here to guide you.

  • Yes, we offer gift cards that are perfect for any occasion! Gift cards are available for purchase at our salon and can be used for any of our treatments or products. They are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and make the perfect gift for friends and loved ones looking to treat themselves!
